April Challenge – A Month of Photos & Reflections: Day 16, DIY manicure with nail strips

Some of the links on my site are affiliate links, meaning, at no additional cost to you, I will earn a commission if you click through and make a purchase.

No one is seeing me right now except my immediate family, but I needed a pick me up today. The gray hairs were mocking me when I looked in the mirror so I took care of them first thing this morning. Thank you, Clairol.

But that wasn’t enough. My nails needed some attention, too. So I decided to jazz them up with some colorful nail strips. These are so easy to put on AND take off. I sell these, also, but I’m out of all but 2 designs. But never fear, more are on the way if you’re interested. I’ll drop the steps and pics below. Try it, you might like it. 😉

  1. I love the mani! I always wondered if the store bought ones last as long as color street. We all need a pick me up 🙂 It seems stupid but I actually put on makeup and a dress today just to go pick up some essentials. I usually could care less what I look like but it felt good to get ready to go out. I feel like a 1950’s housewife 🙂

  2. Wow! Look at all that we can do with so much time in the house now! I adore nail art, but my nails are just too brittle for anything to stay on them.

  3. So girly! I really need a nail spa today. Quarantine is no joke 🙁 thanks for inspirational design

  4. So cute nails designs! I diy my nails every time I have time, especially now we have a lot of time to spare.
