My first time in Mexico was last week and it was pretty cool. The water was amazing in Cozumel. So clear and turquoise. It was so salty that floating was no problem at all. Thankfully I brought my goggles, aqua shoes, and waterproof case for my phone. Great time. The water was so different the day before in Progreso, murky and unclear. The Gulf of Mexico side was definitely not as aesthetic as the ocean. We cruised on Margaritaville at Sea for the second time. More about that later…
