When I feel really stressed it always makes me feel better to get outside. Going for a walk, especially a long one, is always relaxing. But, for me, nothing beats getting on or near the water. Ahhhhh.

Studies have shown that being in nature has a profound impact on our brains and our behavior. It helps us to reduce anxiety and stress. It increases our attention span, creativity, & our ability to connect with other people.
