What a great trip! This time it was just my husband & myself. Camping is still our prefered way to travel, especially during these ‘social distancing’ times. We stayed in our home state but that doesn’t mean it was a quick trip. Tennessee is about 5 trillion miles wide (slight exaggeration 😉) and Paris is in West TN which is 6 hours from us.
Why Paris? Good question. I have wanted to visit for a long time, since I heard that they have a miniature eiffel tower. Kentucky Lake and the Land Between the Lakes area is also there. So when I found out that the area had a KOA I was convinced. This needed to be our next adventure.
Our first camping trip was only 45 minutes from home so this was a new experience pulling a camper for almost 400 miles. But she towed beautifully and Joe learned some cool things about his new truck along the way.
Thanks for visiting my site. Stay safe out there!
[…] Update: We have visited this campground and loved it! You can check it out here: Paris Landing/Kentucky Lake in TN […]
