Book Review: Nature Writing for Wellbeing: A Guided Journal for Challenging Times

This is a nature inspired guided journal by Tara Heavey. This book is a quick read. As someone who loves nature I found it very soothing. It includes some nice exercises if you choose to do them. It also has some nature inspired quotes that I loved. The book guided me to a deeper reflection while on my daily walks. I may take it with me on my camping trip next month and read over some of the things that especially spoke to me. I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking to de-stress.
