Book Review: Nature Writing for Wellbeing: A Guided Journal for Challenging Times

This is a nature inspired guided journal by Tara Heavey. This book is a quick read. As someone who loves nature I found it very soothing. It includes some nice exercises if you choose to do them. It also has some nature inspired quotes that I loved. The book guided me to a deeper reflection while on my daily walks. I may take it with me on my camping trip next month and read over some of the things that especially spoke to me. I’d recommend this book to anyone who is looking to de-stress.
