Let’s make 2023 the year we stop worrying about what other people think of us. What do we think about ourselves? As a society we are taught from a young age to be kind to others. I believe it’s so very important to practice kindness to ourselves. How can we fully, truly love others if we are not practicing self-love.
So try this: When you get up in the morning and look in the mirror, smile. Just smile at your reflection. Some people enjoy affirmations, others not so much. If that is your thing then take this time to say something positive to yourself. Affirm that you are enough. Affirm that you will make the most of this day in your own special way. You got this!
