2. Build meaningful relationships with others.

I’ve learned how to listen, communicate, and show empathy and compassion can help to deepen these connections and build stronger friendships.
3. Practice gratitude and positivity.
By focusing on the positive aspects of my life I am able to increase my overall happiness and well-being. Gratitude helps me to appreciate what I have. Maintaining a positive outlook helps me cope with challenges and setbacks, because I am able to approach them with an optimistic mindset.
