A To Z Challenge: S

My theme this year is Bible verses. Oh what wonderful passages I found for day S. Today let’s focus on God’s strength and on the fact that when we can’t he most certainly CAN. Go forth today knowing that you have his strength to lean on in times of stress. ☺️

Exodus 15:2 NIV — “The LORD is my strength and my defense; he has become my salvation. He is my God, and I will praise him, my father’s God, and I will exalt him.

Deuteronomy 6:5 NIV — Love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.

Job 9:19 NIV — If it is a matter of strength, he is mighty! And if it is a matter of justice, who can challenge him?

Psalm 28:7 NIV — The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me. My heart leaps for joy, and with my song I praise him.

Psalm 29:11 NIV — The LORD gives strength to his people; the LORD blesses his people with peace.

Proverbs 31:25 NIV — She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.

Luke 10:27 NIV — He answered, “ ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind’; and, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ ”

Philippians 4:13 NIV — I can do all this through him who gives me strength.

1 Peter 4:11 NIV — If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen.
