I believe people who are constantly caught up in drama signal red flags for a few reasons. Their tendency to thrive on chaos tends to create a toxic environment, making it challenging to maintain healthy relationships. They often seek attention or validation through conflict, which I find drain emotionally draining. They are too immature to resolve issues constructively. And all the above makes it obvious that they lack any self-awareness. I’d rather surround myself with people who are positive and stable. I need a harmonious atmosphere to work on my own personal growth without any unnecessary turmoil.
