I had training for work again all day today. Learning more about the good ‘ole kidney. So I knew that I wouldn’t have the or desire time to cook anything complex so I put some great northern beans in my instant pot. I’m trying to eat healthier (and sneak it in on my husband) and get back on the low carb train. So instead of making regular cornbread I decided to make my favorite one minute microwave flax bread recipe. I’m sharing it with you today.
So I made one for me and one for hubby. Less than 2 net carbs each. Let me know if you try it and what you think.
