We Started The 21-Day Revival, A Whole Food & Nutrition Program

Well, here we go. Thanksgiving is over and my husband & I are starting the 21 day revival to change our eating habits.

The book focuses on whole foods, no preservatives, no added sugar, organic foods, etc. It is divided into 3 weeks. Each one gets a little more challenging. This first week is called phase one.

There is an accompanying cookbook that I ordered from Amazon but haven’t received yet. I can’t wait, but I have a mediterranean diet board on Pinterest with recipes that I will work perfectly with this diet. Tonight I made a vegetarian black bean chili and topped it with plain greek yogurt and avocado slices. I couldn’t believe how good it was.

So yummy!
