This book! I really enjoyed this book. It gets 5 stars because it really spoke to me. Never before had I heard of The Camino de Santiago prior to reading Half a Bandana Will Do, but you can bet I have already searched on Google and YouTube a few times since completing the book. I am not Catholic so my religious views do not always coincide with the author’s. That didn’t matter. I was still able to find inspiration here and it has jumpstarted a spiritual reawakening of my own.
I enjoyed reading the details of her day to day journey and was able to imagine that I was there myself. When I had to put the book away for any length if time I found myself looking forward to picking it back up. I read this book on my Kindle and I have many things highlighted that I want to revisit. Actually, I plan on reading the entire thing again very soon. I’d recommend this book to anyone interested in The Camino or looking for some enlightenment if their own.
