Chill Out, Girl

What advice would you give to your teenage self?

Oh my goodness! If I could give younger me some advice, it would be to stop overthinking! Most things aren’t such a big deal. Just pause and take a deep breath. Take time to enjoy the journey.

Be sure to stay true to yourself and your values. Don’t be scared to take risks and pursue your goals. If something doesn’t work out, learn from it and move on.

Last, but certainly not least, cultivate meaningful relationships and surround yourself with people who support you and challenge you to be your best self. Listen more than you speak and consider the feeling of others.

Go out and conquer the world!

  1. I wouldn’t bother trying to tell my younger self anything. That jerk knew everything and there was no talking to him…er, um…so I heard…hehehe.

  2. Definitely advice worth passing on to the next generation. We live in a world that leads us to believe that perfection is our ultimate goal in life, and many will strive, be disappointed, and reach an advanced age filled with resentment and regret.
