Anxiety. Stop Trying To Control Me!

What makes you most anxious?

Some days it just seems like the whole world is on my shoulders. Those are the days when I feel overwhelmed and overstimulated. I have found that if I can get to a quiet place and focus on a calming affirmation for a few minutes it helps me to calm down and regroup my thoughts. Feel free to use any of the affirmations below:

Affirmations to focus on when consumed with anxiety:

Managing Anxiety

1. I am capable of managing my anxiety.

  1. Thanks for sharing but I’ve tried affirmations and they don’t seem effective for me, so I take deep breaths and reverse count, works like magic.
