Where can you reduce clutter in your life?
Decluttering has been, hands down, the most positive change I’ve made in my life. It has had a profound positive impact on my mental, emotional, and even physical well-being. Decluttering has reduced my anxiety, created a sense of accomplishment, and improved my focus and productivity. Also, because I have donated so much, I feel good about helping others.
I am hitting the ground running in January to ‘keep on keeping on’ in my decluttering mission. I still have things to go through, but 2023 was a successful year and 2024 will be even better. No more being bogged down by things that I don’t need or absolutely love. Physical and mental clutter beware, you are both on my list.
