No-Added-Sugar: Day 2, Healthy Breakfast Wrap

In searching for sugar-free breakfasts I came across different variations of avocado toast. I wanted to put my own spin on it and this wrap is what I came up with. It would actually be wonderful any time of day. THIS IS DELICIOUS! The avocado adds lots of nutrients. They have lots of fiber, more potassium than a banana, and good fats. And along with the eggs, they have protein. The picante adds an extra pop of flavor.

  • Low carb tortilla
  • 2 eggs, scrambled
  • 1/4 avocado
  • Fresh picante
  • Spread half of the tortilla with avocado, top with scrambled egg, then add picante. Fold and ENJOY!
